3.	After receiving your computer we contact you within 24-hours.  A FREE price quote is given by contacting you via your preferred method of communication: E-mail, Phone, Text Messaging, or Fax?
4.	Authorize or Decline your repair services
5.	We quickly repair and ship-back your computer to you.
